NEW PRE-VOCATIONAL LEARNING PROGRAMME (PLP)
JANUARY 2027 INTAKE NOW OPEN
A NEW LEARNING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG LEARNERS!
Vocational Training Institute Ltd (VTI Ltd) is pleased to announce the introduction of its stage 1 Pre-Vocational Learning Programme (PLP) from January 2027, designed for learners aged 12–15 years.
This proposed three-year foundation programme aims to help young learners strengthen their basic knowledge, develop practical skills and prepare for future education and vocational training opportunities and is a continuation route to stage 2 leading to international recognised diploma award.
Programme highlights include:
- English language and communication skills
- Mathematics and everyday problem-solving
- Personal development, life skills and teamwork
- Practical activities and introductory vocational workshop exposure
- Continuous assessment and learner portfolio development
- Guidance for further learning and progression

Young learners aged 12–15 years and parents or guardians seeking a practical, supportive learning pathway are invited to contact VTI Ltd for admission information.
